Anything can be a button.

A plant, a lamp, the fridge door. Touch it, and your lights, music or blinds respond.

A magnet on the back.

With the flap open, it holds on to anything steel.

A flap that grips.

Fold it over a stem, and the steel flap holds the clip in place. No tape, no screws.

38 millimetres.
Matte black aluminium.

No buttons, no screen. Just a point of light that tells you it heard you.

What's inside.

Seven parts in 38 millimetres. Here is what each one does.

How it works.

  1. 1

    Clip it on.

To a plant, with the flap or the band from the box. Or straight onto metal: a lamp, the fridge, a table leg.

  2. 2

    Touch it.

Tap, double tap or hold. The clip feels your hand through the plant or the metal.

  3. 3

    Your home reacts.

A small base in a socket passes it on over your Wi‑Fi: to your lights, plugs, speakers or Home Assistant.

Built in public.

Questions.

Something missing? Write to hello@getyourstone.com, or ask under any video.

Can I buy Stone now?

Not yet. It is a prototype. Join the waitlist and you will hear first when pre-orders open.

Will I be charged if I join the waitlist?

No. The waitlist is free and only needs your email. Pre-orders come later, with their own clear terms.

When will it ship?

When the prototype works, the samples are right and the safety and radio tests are passed. There is no date yet, and there will not be a made-up one. Every step is posted online.

What about thick stems?

The steel flap grips stems a few millimetres thick. For anything thicker, up to 50 mm, there is a band in the box: wind it round the stem, press the end on, click the clip onto it.

Does it work with every plant?

That is exactly what the first tests are for: different plants, wet soil, dry soil, pets walking past. The results go online, including the bad ones.

What do I need besides the clip?

One Stone base per home. It sits in a wall socket and passes your touches on over your Wi‑Fi. One base serves many clips. Its price comes with the pre-orders.

What does it work with?

The plan: Home Assistant, Philips Hue, smart plugs and webhooks through the Stone base. Apple Home and Google Home later.

How long does the battery last?

The aim is months per charge. The test will show the real number.

Where do you ship?

Switzerland and the EU first.
